Batteries & Chargers approached us for their website revamp because of the high bounce rate and low conversion rates they experienced on their website. While their traffic was decent, their bounce rate was almost 90% because of lack of proper call to action buttons and the haphazard navigation of the website. They gave us the creative liberty to come up with a design that we recommended. Our Design team led by our Senior UI/UX developer created a mock-up for approval. The mock-up was created keeping search engine and user experience in mind. A clean and responsive design and carefully placed content, call to action and navigation buttons ensured quick approval by the client.
Product placement was one of the most important aspects of this project. The challenge was to segregate and place products across each category in a manner that they are visible and get the attention they deserve. Batteries & Chargers niche business is high-capacity rechargeable batteries with additional consumer electronic products. We placed each category strategically, even creating combos and bundle deals to promote upselling.
The new batteries&chargers website offers fluid navigation and interaction by customers. Supported by Shopify - a powerful e-commerce platform, the website includes thoughtfully categorized menu options and highly sought product content. The relationship between different content and features present customers with different options to make an informed choice. The social media integration opened channels for business to communicate with the consumer.
